MS intramural basketball

In the Middle

The winter sports season is coming to an end, and this also means the intramural basketball season is coming to a close. Coach Brad Seaman had some positive comments about what he thought the group of boys had accomplished.

While the team doesn’t play any actual games, they have been focusing on skill work, and improving as players. “We’ve been working on ball handling, transition finishing, and passing with a purpose,” said Coach Seaman.

Coach Seaman really enjoyed the season, and is sad to see it end. “It’s been great. They were a huge part of making this winter season fly by. When it’s happening it feels like we have so much time together and now we only have two days left,” said Coach Seaman.

One player on the intramural team had an interesting take on the season. Eighth grader Mason Gordan seemed to have a less productive time this season. “The season kind of mid not going to lie, not what I was expecting,” he said.

However sixth grader Ansh Buduguru had a different opinion. “I had a good time this season, I thought it was pretty fun,” he said.

With the season coming to end, Coach Seaman is already looking forward to teaching next year’s group to love basketball. With his guidance, it’s clear the KO intramural basketball team is in for a great season next year, and for years to come.
